Deliveries are made using a heavy goods vehicle with crane offload and are kerbside only. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, usually between 7am to 5pm.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges vary depending on whereabouts in the country you are situated, and the content of your order. When you place your order online the delivery charge will be added to your basket at the checkout once you have entered the delivery address.

Returns and Cancellations:
We are happy to refund or exchange as long as the product is as sold and in its original packaging.  All returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge of £20 for up to 2 items and £20 for each item thereafter. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges.
