Deliveries in and around Greater Manchester are made using a heavy goods vehicle with crane offload and are kerbside only. Nationwide deliveries are made via a third party haulage company and off loaded with a tail lift truck, the goods will be dropped kerbside to the nearest flat hardstanding location. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, usually between 7am to 5pm.
Premium Hiab Delivery
For addresses in and around Greater Manchester we offer a Premium Hiab Delivery service starting from £12.50 per order. Goods will be offloaded kerbside by an Hiab crane which allows products to be placed over small fences and directly into your garden by one of our experienced operators.
Delivery Charges Our delivery charges vary depending on whereabouts in the country you are situated, and the content of your order. This is due to the bulky nature of a lot of the products we provide and the costly business of providing heavy goods vehicles for deliveries.
Please be assured we are constantly reviewing and updating our delivery costs in order to keep charges to a minimum. All of our products are also available on a collected basis where they are subjected to no delivery charge. When you place your order online the delivery charge will be added to your basket at the checkout once you have entered the delivery address. All of our products are available all year round – rain, shine or snow

Damages and Breakages: Sandstone and Porcelain – Any breakages or damages must be reported with photographic evidence as support showing the original packaging. This must be reported within 3 days of receipt in writing. Once evidence is received damages and breakages will be carefully reviewed and considered on an individual basis and any replacements will be subject to delivery costs.
Returns and Cancellations: We are happy to refund or exchange as long as the product is as sold and in its original packaging. All returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge of £20 for up to 2 items and £20 for each item thereafter. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges.
Refunds
We will issue a refund for any returned product purchased from us, providing we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date that you wish to return the goods, and subject to the following conditions:
The product must be returned unused and as new, in saleable condition, and in the original product packaging. There will be a collection charge which will be the same as your delivery charge. There is also a restocking charge cost of £20+ VAT per for up to 2 items and £20 for each item thereafter. Please note only full packs of stone and porcelain can be returned.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned goods and verified their condition.
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid less relevant collection and re-stocking charges where applicable and any damages.
Please note: Turf requires laying and watering within 8 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for any lawn complaints after 24 hours of delivery. No responsibility whatsoever will be accepted if turf is installed on poorly prepared ground, or in drought or frost conditions
